Stop Emergency and VIP quotas
There are still many many hidden benefeciaries of Railways EQ including many people in the Government, Politics and even media. Therefore Railways has not cut this quota from 80000 seats a day to 1000 seats a day and starter facilitating and helping with real emergencies.
Can the Rail Minister show some strong will here and take action. This leakage model doesnt suit Modi Government. more

There is no reason why quota for MLA / MP/ Government etc should be there at all. Those seats can be given to the persons who are in wait list. more

There is no meaning in having Quota for MLA?MP, since these days booking is computerized and if needed request can be given to Railway authority , on priority such requested can be accommodated against Cancellations. Otherwise, it is completely misuse of quota, PLEASE REMOVE QUOTA. more

Inspite of thinking of our Rail Minister! Very few railway staff bother about passangers. As per Indian ideology customers are the face of God. But we treated very badly in railway. more

This is gross injustice. In fact in many MLA/MP quota seats, their relatives and friends only travel. MLAs MPs going for work go by flights. Their group has to book seats like normal passengers. Why quota for them ? Even quota for Railway employees must be looked into. Railways cater to 1 billion people in India. You cannot block 50% seats for a section of the population. more

if the quota is 80000 seats a day for hidden beneficiaries it in nothing but a mockery. this practice has to be stopped at any cost. But who will bell the cat? more
