Stray Dog Menaces action

Survey below from our circles have been published in Times of India in Noida (attache) and must be in other locations too. How can we ensure that Clean City criteria requires stray management and if its not done they lose 25%of their rank?

In addition to this, any feeders of stray dogs must be required to adopt them. That will ensure that they find the right home. Rest can be cared for in the municipal stray animal swachh bharat facility.

We need a solution badly. All members please act and circulate this to create maximum awarness of people’s demand more

The article is eye opener for the authorities. I feel the risks public is facing is being ignored. There is urgency to tackle this problem to see our cities become clean uneder Sawatch Bharat programme. The article has touched all the relevant issues and in addiiton to this the Dog feces that can spread so many diseases. Lot of infections can cause medical urgency in case of people affected with such wastes. Even the pet dog owners allow their dogs to pooh in front of houses of other residents in locality that cause spoiling the area, inadvertantly our footwears and clothes. There is urgent need to bring in some regulations to feed the stary dogs and also for Pet dog owners. more
I AGREE...... tough I would say that problem is not only with STRAY DOGS. Problem is with poorly trained Pet dogs also. Most people do not know how to train pets and unable to control their behavior. more
In addition, you can see pet dogs being taken for a walk and letting the pet soil in front of other people's house without a leash! more
Well done Anshu … Very happy to see a lot of interest being generated in this circle regarding this menace … please also incorporate stray cats menace … more
It's very costly affair to keep all stray dogs ponds. It's better to control their population on top priority. more
I strongly support any move to get rid of this menace. Recently a senior citizen was was bitten and killed by stray dogs in Aligarh. The video went viral in social media. Prior to this a 5 year old boy was attacked and killed in Hyderabad. Enough is enough. more
