Stubble needs a solution

My husband who knows the LocalCircles Founder Sachin Taparia got his video which so accurately describes via BBC the issue of stubble being the lead cause of Delhi pollution. The same also gets proven with the attached clip by a TV channel today.

Everyone who lives in Delhi, UP, Haryana and other states impacted by deadly air must see these 2 clips and share their best ideas on what should be done to address this and let us escalate it to the Govt. more

Stubble burning has rightly been decriminalised. This has happened rightly so as stubble is biomass, and in comparison, people, affluent ones, own cars that run on diesel, yes selling over 50% of all private vehicle sales, a fossil fuel which even when extracted from ground, along with on combusting, causes highest possible vehicular pollution. So what are we arguing. Even the rest of the year with contribution from neighbouring Ghaziabad,Delhi's air remains the dirtiest. Stubble being converted into fuel briquettes, but how much biodiesel a much cleaner resource generated through esterification from used cooking oils as a endproduct thereof, being seen replacing diesel?! more
I do not know much but can the stubble be turned into bricks, or alternately can it be made into biogas? That way it will benefit many. more
Government should enact law to punish stubble burning miscreants. more
The stubble burning is man made. Government guidelines are not being implemented. Judiciary attention can be drawn to issue directives. Alternatively, the stubble should be purchased by the government and could be utilized for productive purposes. more
The stubble burning cannot be stopped whereas a solution can be provided via pulverizers. The pulverized stubble can be more useful more
