TDR Refund for Cancellation - Issues Faced

We have received multiple queries from this circle on members facing issues with TDR Refunds for ticket cancellations through IRCTC. Kindly list all issues faced by you in regards to this in the last 6 months.

This will help us better understand if there are process/system issues with the same and address them.

It was with the assistance from this circle that we were able to identify key issues related to IRCTC booking site last year in April and upgrade capacity by June.

Sir, I am user of irctc. My account name is Sanjive01. My mobile no.is 9326080399. My last complaint I'd is #3648868. For last one month I am complaining to care@irctc on phone and email. My email is pandesanjive04@gmail.com. I am not getting back any positive response. They have deactivated my mobile no.and username. I am not able to log in and buy tickets.Please help me.I cannot change my mobile number for irctc. Please help. The present system is ridiculous. How can one expect that you are always on look out about confirmation of tkt and getting only half hour grace to file TDR. People should vote against this rule. We have lost about Rs 6000 due to not filing TDR due to current restrictions. Likewise there may be many. more
