The Parliament (Loksabha and Rajyasabha)

Reply to Mr Venugopal
I fully agree with Mr Venugopal. But where lies the fault? in our constitution itself. That has been revised modified more than 100 times for vested interests but not for the betterment of nation and governance. It need a thorough revision in terms of qualifications and eligibility of MLA/MPs/Ministers etc. Stringent laws against corrupt practices. In fact over last 69 years our law makers have made laws with loopholes only that can save themselves in any event. The corrupt judiciary is another case. There are separate rules and laws for lawyers and judges than the common man. Judiciary has appeared to be standing with the rich, politicians and corrupt. it has completely lost faith in the eyes of a common man. Their perks, holidays, appointments and huge assets in few years of service and various types of govt favours etc are making them more and more corrupt. The justice is no longer delivered by courts it is just bought by the people. more

1. The deny of Congress Party in 2013 for 11 regulating procedures proposed by E.C. for Election candidature prove the absolute selfishness of Political Parties in India to regulate the Political Democracy or at least the candidature for contesting to be a legislative member . This is to be taken up by the Supreme Court at the constitutional interest . 2. The President of India can also direct a suggestion to the Speaker and Chairman of the Parliament Houses at the interest of the Nation since the both houses have been running in a diverted system starting from 2014 February Sessions . But , he made his attempt through his message to the leaders and the general public on the eve of Independence day of August 2013 which could not awake the leaders but could help inspiring the general public . 3. As we also know , the role of Speakers of legislatures though such to direct the Houses in the dedicated direction realising the powers of Speaker , has been since 2 1/2 decades getting diluted and is true if we memorise the incidents took place in various Legislating Houses in India since these 2 1/2 decades . 4. Except the Supreme Court , no governing body under the Constitution nor the President of India can help in the present situation that has become extreme since February Sessions of Parliament as has been evident . 5. Though our whitepapers are pending for their fate at different seats , I think , only a marshal law can set right the pathetic condition of the people of India please . more
Each Year Our Constitution Effects must be revised thoroughly by all the concerned team of people.Faults can be repaired if done by force. more
