THRUST TO CLEAN UP POLITICS :
We the citizens have been silent spectators all along as the the elected members go about their functions , malfunctions dysfunctions patiently . We seem to enjoy the fruits of Democracy only when the politicians come as candidates begging for votes . The electorate is not aware of the criminal antecedents of the candidates . Once elected , the Legislators forget how they begged the electorate with folded arms . We also seem to be satisfied with the scene at the time of campaign . In some localities the electorate is more than satisfied with the sizeable money stuffed into their pockets . Unless a P.I.L. petition comes for hearing , or a strong genuine opposition takes up the issue we remain mute spectators of the goings on.
The 4 Pillars of Democracy have their responsibilities no doubt . But if there is a nexus between them we are doomed . No doubt there could be nexus between 2 or 3 of the four some times . In these situations our dependency is totally on the Judiciery who can interpret the law to Checkmate and put an end to the obnoxious practice of boldly fielding candidates with criminal antecedents .
Here the court faced opposition from the Government saying that it is the right of every political party field the candidates . The bench has also advised that the parties to incorporate a clause to file an affidavit disclosing the antecedents of the Candidates .
Section 29 A also was referred by the Bench which requires the party to to swear to uphold Socialism , secularism, democracy , sovereignty unity .
HOPE GOOD SENSES WILL PREVAIL UPON THE PARTIES TO REFUSE TICKETS TO THE CANDIDATES WITH CRIMINAL ANTECEDENTS . more

Telangana Government found that 70 Lakhs worth Government Cheques of various Farmers were encashed by strangers/Bank Staff or the connected Govt. Staff IN ONE DISTRTICT. Cheques belonging to : a] those who dead [b] those who sold off their land [c] Cheques for excess lands [d] Cheques for less lands to some INCLUDING THOSE hailed abroad were not returned back to Government and Govt. did not get them back. In addition, 551 Cheques that contained mistakes were ordered by the Agricultural Department to withhold . Government conditioned that Cheques are to be exchanged with Cash to the Farmer against production of Pass Book and Pass Book was not given , against Aadhaar Card OR, Voter Card . Government Officials , Higher Authorities are not in a position to understand as HOW THE CHEQUES WERE ENCASHED ? HOW THE SBI Cashier , Authorities had released Cash without presence of the Farmers of the a, b, c, and [d] and, the 551 defective cheques ? ALL SUCH ARE ONLY BECAUSE of [1] Non punishments for such Financial Offences [2] Backing Support of Bank Employees and Bank Authorities AS WELL AS THE responsible Government Staff ; AND, LAPSE OF CONDITIONING BANK THORUGH Transactions for all Govt. Payments , Grants , Loans , Bridge Loans , Reliefs etc., Neglect in controlling the long carried malpractices in PDS etc., even setting fictitious Ration Cards , Wrong Land Pass Books , having no check with Sale Registrations of Lands by Revenue Offices IS THE ROOT CAUSE FOR MANY OF SUCH Misuse, Misappropriation and Loot of Government and Public Funds decades together . more

This is the right time for E.C. to Regulate [1] Accountability of Political Party Funds, Audit and Disclosure [2] Conduct, Performance and Accountability of Elected Members in Houses of People [3] Criminal Actions on those caught with Cash and Gifts intended for purchasing Voters/distribution against Votes contracted . Mere Seizing Cash do not justify misuse of Vote either by Voter/Voter's Agent or Political Contestant, his Agent . [ Purchasing Vote/Misusing Voter's right is more criminal than misuse of Vote by the Voter ] . Hence, The persons spot arrested including the Vehicle,; Owner of Vehicle ; concerned Contestant ; and, also the Political Party are the parties involved in such Traitory . [4] E.C. to notify not only the lakhs Seized , not only the number of incidents , but also the names of the individuals , Driver , Car Owner immediately ; AND ; also notify the name of the Contestant , Owner/supplier of Money , but also the name of the Party they belong within 30 days of such confiscation . [5] Election Commission being the one and only Authorized and empowered Constitutional Body to Secure Political Justice guaranteed in the Preamble of our Constitution and , the declarations, explanations, deliberations quoted by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on the Legitimate right of Voters to replace the Ruling Party through their Vote which was concluded by the Constituent Assembly . Such Political that was refused, rejected and defeated shall not be given any possibility to possess Share in the Rule under any Alliance after defeat in Election . if judiciary is clean and effective then everything automatically follow. presently it is bcoz of our ineffective judiciary that the criminals feel secure and the law abiding feel inscure. more

yes i agree that it is difficult to choose right candidates with out informations. But what do we have to say when the police authorities when request is made for criminal record information of persons withpro of court warrants say no such records found or no information on criminals. more
