Too bad dear railway
Railway is biggest corruption adda. If they are true and honest, lets publish the seat blank coach wise and quota available and fill the same once the ticket is booked with pnr number . The VIP quota should be displayed and should be filled up to Waiting before leaving the train. The way they are charging waiting charges and not allowing people to go in sleeper is in fact most corrupt decision. Either return money if ticked is not confirmed without deducting any charges because it is your fault that you have booked unlimted tickets and charged money which are not going to confirm. You are not returning the money and also not allowing them to enter in coach. Basically all seems to be turn the public in vande bharat train which is running on loss. more

For unreserved ticket , for waiting ticket, refund Should be100%. If paper expenses ,printing expenses are there, IR should make it clear.it cant be in hundreds, only in few rupees.. Actually , we too should think ,not to buy RAC or Waiting tickets.but we expect cancellations and hope to get that ticket . Waiting ticket is at extreme, when we expect too much cancellations or addition of extra coaches. Tickets availability on counter and on line is different.why it happens. If ticket is selected on line,it become RAC or waiting till payment is done. One computer screen display should be out side on window to ensure availability of ticket. VIPz now always travel by planes.and on road in costly cars. Their quota should be abolished. Tatkal system must be reviewed for all trains including Rajdhani. more

railways have gone from bad to worse with respect to cleanliness /hygience .looks like only vandebharat are the trainsin focus now other normal trains can go to hell who cares.Regarding ticketing if it is notconfirmed railways should refund the full amount paid without second thoughts.I do not think railways should be squeezing common man to pay for their fancied vandebharat trains. more

Why railways. All politicians are pure corrupt. All government departments head and staff corrupt. Police corrupt. As such, why cannot railways. This country will never improve as long as root cirruption politicians exist. more

As a first step 100 % amount should be refunded for unconfirmed tickets. You can not charge for the DIS service. more
