THANK YOU. BYE, SASIKUMAR 9962028546 From: Sandeep Agarwal Sent: Wed, 05 Aug 2015 09:09:45 To: a_sasik@rediffmail.com Subject: New picture "Train Accident - on site" in [Make Railways Better] more
From- Smt. Jayshree Sudhakar Tembe w/o- Late Shri Sudhakar Waman Tembe Retired Chief O.S (M.E), DRM’S Office, Bhavnagar (Para) To, The General Manager Western Railway, CCG. Subject:-Compensation in terms of employment to one of my son and release of the pending arrears of Late Shri Sudhakar Waman Tembe Respected Mam, With reference to your letter dated 30/01/2015;this is to inform you that we are in lieu of the pending grievances as mentioned below :- 1). Nonpayment of Arrears from 26/06/01 to 20/09/01 & sanctioned hospital leave from 29/04/02 to 17/06/03, 2)The Extra deducted Amount of Rs.93, 635.00 from the final settlement, 3).Nonpayment of the Interest on account of delayed payment of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 4).Compensation of Physical, Mental & Financial Trauma in the form of an employment opportunity with DRM's office(W.R.) to one of my son and 5). Besides this,we got Rs 1.30 lac less than the standard compensatory amount of Rs. 4lac is also due. Moreover, the salary cheque( Rs.1,14,991.00) spanning seven months duration from 20-09-01 to 25-04-02,only serves as a proof of the folly committed on the part of the railway authorities.I hope that this time you will act fast and send the right signal and wont give me another reason to look somewhere else to settle my husband's pending arrears, and offer a railway job to one of his highly educated sons as a more humanely gesture by the western railway authorities, since a considerable amount of time had been vested by his son for my husband's rehabilitation. Moreover, please don't send letter like the attached one as that degrades the institution like western railway. I hope that we don't have to go on dharna outside the Churchgate W.R. - HQ office to address our concerned grievances. Thanks n Regards Smt. Jayshree Sudhakar Tembe C-101, First Floor, Atharva Veda Building, Viva Vedaganga Complex, Opp. Saideep Hotel,Bolinj Gokul Township, Virar (west)-401303. Mobile- 09930560847/9820421283 more
The accident of this nature should have been avoided. The railway should use technology like installing some equipments such as level sensors/proximity sensors under the tracks above bridges to alert the nearest stations/signals about the rise of water level more
In my opinion as a pilot project Railway should allow interested and creditable private operator to operate a train between any sector, as example, between Delhi-Mumbai or any other sector. And let them have Railway employees on deputation to start the operation for a certain period but, under the terms and condition of Indian Rail. After assessing the success, More sectors may be handed over for better management with the existing Indian Rail experts. more
In place of running after high value projects, more priority is needed towards safety and punctuality and cleanliness. more
