12816, 18478, 12876, 18508, 22806,12820 these trains are consistently un-punctual in both the direction. recently i notified @RailminIndia about 22806 running late by 3:30 hours till Kanpur, the response was that "we are operating at 150% of our efficiency" and it reached Anand Vihar 5:30 hours late. I could not understand operating at 150% efficiency with excess man power still causing delay. i am sure excluding Rajdhani/Shatabdi and some important trains, rest all are always late. more

Almost all the trains reaching Secunderabad railway station will be always reach late. They are being stopped at Moulali (near to secunderabad railway station) for an half an hour or one hour without any reason causing delay. more

whenever i travelled in the train, i noticed that the running of train at late are occurred by human error. first the trains are grouped in such a manner that depending upon important trains, super express, etc. and preference should be given these trains even though they are started late. at no cause these trains should not be further delayed as it comes late.hence suitable standing instructions can be passed on all station masters to follow strictly. more
