In all the HIFI cases these things happen. It is nothing new. This shows what is the Value of a MURDER. Rich and Influential People have made the Mockery of the system. more
Unfortunately in our Country, bail is a right! Judge should be held accountable for granting bail just in 15 hours of the accident. Look at the conditions for bail how unconcerned is the Court in serious accidents where 2 people have lost their lives. When consuming alcohol upto the age of 18 years is banned, then why should the accused be treated as minor? What about action against father of accused as vicarious liability? more
Was the judge drunk on a Sunday? He has obviously been hjanded over a big packet by the culprit's father. Might and money are right. Rest are all dispensable, is it? more
Judge , doctors , police are heavily bribed . Bar should be sealed and closed for ever. Father to be prosecuted for accident and having 3 crore car without proper documents . more
The son should be tried as an adult. His father, Bar manager and other connected people should be given stringent punishment. The case should be tired in a Fast Track Court and widely publicised. The victims family should be compensated by the accused's family . more
