we are working in a private limited company we know that it is very difficult to implement all the things at a time but it can be done, As we are staying in karnataka mysore we are working in a north indian company we the localite are not getting salary at par with north indians and benefits of ESI and PF is also not available the government is also not looking at this matter and even the concerned labour department is also not working to the expected need of labour there are corruption in these department if this is curbed all the industrial workers and emplyees will get all the benefit which the government implement. If we complaint against this we will loose our job this is the fate of localite who cannot raise their voice more

This is discrimination. But I am not surprised as this is rampant in world where ever you go. Should the government not look at a minimum wage system based on qualification. They can also look at having a system setup where in every organization has to pay salary through WPS ( wage protection system ) and this can be monitored. This is implemented in UAE. Before the salary hits the bank account of an individual the data is collected in a central server for analysis. Organisations paying less than the minimum wage should have to pay higher tax. more
Minimum wage policy should be formulated by the Government which should be applicable throughout the country. At the same time industry should not be strangulated or killed. The Govt should help the industry to survive.Due to corruption, lack of basic requirements like power, water etc.industry is suffering. If the industry is unable to pay standard wages, exploitation of the labour is not the answer.Govt should come to the rescue and do whatever required to keep the unit running.Because,if the unit is closed, unemployment will increase. When many such units get closed,it will increase unemployment in a great way and at the same time affect National Productivity.Due to Govt apathy, thousands of big and small industrial units were closed in this country and Bank loans were written off.Banks too suffered a lot all these years on account of loans going bad.Apart from these, loan waivers introduced by different Govts for cheap publicity and subsidies have drained public money. more
I SUPPORT THE GRIEVANCE AND RECOMMEND REDRESSAL more
Dear friends, if the basic payment is less we wont get PF more right? So we need to focus on the basic sallary to gain more. more
Yes Mr. Ashok, this is known truth of every employee in an private organisation. more
