Use of this platform
I think so far this circle has been used by Railway to take inputs and make policy/budget etc. They should also look at our inputs and observations, esp when we are travelling, at counters, at station and see how things can be enhanced more. That will encourage more live reporting by ppl and in turn railways will be able to fix issues proactively.

Agree. They seem to be taking suggestions from the posts by Railways. Railways need to be more proactive with our individual post as many times its jndicative if bigger problems more

It is O.K. If the lamentations in this Forum are taken note of and at least some action taken by the Railways,to rectify we will be thankful. May God save the Railway passengers. more
