Second doc attached is the full pan India list of pvt hospitals where vaccine will be administered. Just find your district in alphabetical order. It also has name of hospital and mobile number.

The mobile contact numbers need to be formatted properly, all showing in the form of 10 to the power of 9. Appears someone had entered the numbers in Excel and then converted to pdf file. The whole exercise needs to be reformatted and more centers are to be added. Waste of time going through this exhaustive list with so many mistakes. more

very valuable information, it seems only district head quarters located hospitals are only given vaccines, at least for my district more
