I seek information under RTI ACT from DJ Saharanpur, U.P., which should be loaded u/s 4 on website by CPIO,but he didn't do that more over CPIO rejected my RTI Application now I filed Appeal. This is the condition of transparency in judicial system. I think there is no transparency in judiciary.It is worst.There is great need of reforms in judiciary. The Hon'ble President Of India, CJI & CJ Allahabad HC raised voice on the occasion of 150th anniversary of Allahabad HC but you know there are only 70"judges are working against 160 sanction strength & about 7-8 judges remains on leave so the effective strength of judges is about 60-62.How could we may said effective judicial system. तारीख पर तारीख, ------ दादा ले पोता बरते आदि मुहावरे बहुत लंबे समय से नही बदले । माननीय मोदी जी कुछ करिये। वरतमान सथिति बहु बहुत खराब है more
