Removing IT for deposits made by senior citizen is welcome one, but the amount of deposit, pension they get, house rent they get, should be taken into account before giving exemption. Even if exemption is given percentage can be reduced, if government removes it completely again their will slow down in economic growth. more

Motivating the staff in all the departments is essential to boost effeciency/ proactive management . It should be done atleast once in a year. We should have panel of Motivational Speakers apart from our PM - KLRao more

There is injustice to Bank Pensioners , 5 lacs, in the country. No one is bothered to rectify the anomalies , for the last 20years, since Pension Scheme was introduced in Banks. - KLRao more
