Why legal department not having time frame? Robotic & technology growth is found but judiciary is not developed according to the technologies. Very good Judges & advocates are also affected by bad judges & advocates more
1. Only Transaction tax and no income tax. 2. No exemption required. 3. Flat 2% transaction tax at the point of transaction (preferably at bank like they charge on NEFT, etc.). 4. Removal of all higher currency notes above Rs. 50/- in a phased manner but with declared time frame (for example, Rs.2000/- by 31st January 2018, Rs.500/- by 31st December 2018, Rs.200/- by 31st March 2019, Rs.100/- by 31st December 2019). It should be mandatory irrespective of any Govt. through Supreme Court monitoring. more
Very nice proposal . It will be beneficial for govt. It will reduce curption also. Settings system will be change. But who will think about? more
Absolutely essential for middle class retired senior citizens: 1.) Proper healthcare on the lines of Europe, UK, US 2.) Free medicare insurance 3.) Unfortunately MEDICARE insurance keeps creeping up exponentially with & on top of that Govt. has mercilessly imposed 18% GST which works out to atleast Rs. 5,000/- to 15,000/- or even more. Govt. must immly. withdraw GST on Mediclaim premiums & refund those who have paid. This must be done who have been salaried class & have been paying Income Tax. 4.) Senior citizens were not exposed to share market & hence post retirement hoped to pass remainder life on interest on FDs. Lower interest & higher cost have taken a toll. Govt. must compensate for this - those who are middle class retired senior citizens. more
Suggested Tax brackets are good. More importanly there is a need to motivate people for paying tax. This can be achieved if a common man is assured of good health coverage, job assurance or livelyhood security, uniform education and assured shelter. Shelter size Vs actual need to be regulated. This will minimise unnecessary competetion in society. Max tax evasion is done to achieve above and have higher social status than actual. today in India even a peon tries to live like CEO may be by unfair means. more
