Why court stay order on dress code in temples?

Why court stay order on dress code in temples?
Court has given a verdict staying the order of Madurai court in Tamil Nadu that the devotees should wear traditional dress while entering temples.
I wonder why the court should stay the order ? Will the judges be daring enough to give an order that anyone can enter gurdwara without covering their head?
Obviously, the traditional Hindu practices are often treated with contempt by the so called intelligentsia and some of the judges too. Is the Hindu religion getting orphaned ?

Strange that so much hue and cry over entry of women into Sabarimala temple..There are so many other beautiful temples to visit..Isn't it shameful to take matters of one's own religion to Court? Even Muslim women are not allowed in mosques...there is no hue and cry over that...Why so much media/political and legal interference in Hinduism only? more
If clubs can have dress code why not temples more
None is realizing about the illfull plays . Though no body step for such in Masjids , Chirches , all the Politicians and Governments made even the T.D.D. to allow all Converted Hindus and others also inside equally for Darshan etc., This is all illfull and foul play by many since the Hindus are still in the coverage of Slavery in India for which all the ill full public administration carried by the Congress and their allied politicians do prove . The Non Carry of various Public interest oriented Provisions and , Citizen Essentials including the very Education which only make the people to live on their legs & Earnings and to be able to challenge the issues in the Courts of Justice under the articles 32 , 39 A , and the article 226 . more
only when any case is filed against the dress code will the judge gives stay more
