Why GOVT and Semi GOVT sectors, school and college, private companies vehicles are not follow Indian traffic rules?

Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Modi Ji, and CM of Maharashtra Mr. Fadnavis Ji,

Mr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta and to all the ministers, politicians of India.

Helmets and sheet belt are required for personal safety, but most important is ride\ drive properly for self and others safety.

These questions are for all cities.

Example:- Please look into Pune traffic. No action by traffic police at "Bhakti-Shakti Chowk", Nigdi bridge" and "Akurdi Chowk".

1- Why GOVT and Semi GOVT sectors, school and college, private companies vehicles are not following Indian traffic rules?

2- What are New Government action plans and timeline for this subject?

3. What we and new generation have to learn from this mess? more

What happen no response from any politician, police officers, school \ college principles, corporate company Admins?????????? Do something so that u can able give answers to public? "Less discussion and Immediate Action required on this subject" Just think what u r doing, your children will do samething in future. Who's wrong???? more
Always bear in mind, good people do not break traffic rules purposely. It happens by mistake and these greedy policemen take advance of their gentleman outlook !!!! more
Most of the time, the traffic police specially sergeants are more interested in spotting a 'prey' than preventing the breakage of traffic rules and discipline. "Prey" means any hapless and good driver who makes a very very slight mistake on the Road and such policemen pounce on them immediately to extract some bribe money. They do not touch so called Rickshawwallas/Auto wallas/ Thela wallas/ van wallas and so on and so forth. Such policemen should be punished first. more
Hi Nitin, it's true as u said, but can't understand why our government not taking action on any local problems. Are they not aware? Or what? In this portal we have n numbers subject, but it feels me, it's only discussion portal not more then that and good way to attract more and more people. And this subject also be a part of "Swaksh Bharat" and "Safe Bharat". Work should be silent and output should show "Transform India". more
Rishi. Our traffic police are not habituated to initiate action against defaulters. They are not bothered about who breaks the rules, be it Govt vehicles, school buses or any damn vehicle. They only take shelter in a corner and watch the hapless traffic warden regulate the unruly Punekars. The traffic police are rather interested in a 'prey' than preventing the breakage of traffic rules and discipline. Such policemen should be punished first. Then the rule breakers should be fined to the extent of Rs 5000 minimum and jail for 2 days again minimum for breaking ANY traffic rule. Then only the Punekars will heed. Otherwise very difficult. more
