Why so many face frauds
The LC report on how people without thinking much store their passwords in phones is very insightful. I was doing that too till today. Didnt realise paytm phonepe etc and even whatsapp all had my contact list so they had both log in and password to atm and debit card.

Companies contact customers with phone numbers which are not registered in the name of company. When call is received we can not identify if the call is from a particular company or not. If all the companies while contacting customers, use phone numbers registered in the name of company most of the frouds will be reduced. This may be due to outsourcing the customer care division . Outsourced agencies also may be asked to function with phone numbers registered in company name. more

On mobile, use Roboform or Dropbox to store passwords. They decrypt passwords at military grade level. Or, use your face as a password or your voice. They are quite safe. more
