Many consumers have raised the issue of huge gap between medicine selling price and MRP. How should the Government cap the trade margin percentage on medicines? P.S. Trade Margin is the percentage difference between selling price of manufacturer to distributor and the MRP published

This is a Big RACKET in Medicines. This must stop Immediately. Govt Agency must be involved in Fixing MRP. more

First of all the principle of writing MRP must be fixed and any entity found guilty of inflating MRP against the laid down instructions should be booked for heavy financial penalty plus other legal actions. more

More than general, cutlery, other day today requirement shopes, one can find more medical shopes in every street. All shops have good business. Recently,when interacted with a shop owner, his comment was profit margin is much more than in any other product. All medical shopes now days extend 10 - 15% discount on all products, which, shop keepers were not extending. Business is cash and carry. Unless without good margin, this many shopes cannot flourish. more
