Hello Prajith PS, Its like saying my PAN and Aadhar are linked so how did I get a fever :-). Please understand that technical issues / rejections / mistakes in fillings can cause the rejections of claims (It has nothing to do it with Aadhar) and I am saying for all other forms we do fill in real life. Please try understanding the things in technical, logical / sensible way instead of blasting your anger for the rulling government. All things are becoming digital now and its saves time and energy for all of us, where earlier things were manual and more prone to errors / rejections / frauds, bribes, etc. earlier. The system will reject your claim if name is not matching as per PAN, Aadhar, Bank Account, Or DOB is not matching, or KYC issus with Bank, Joint bank account, incomplete kyc, incorrect bank details, incomplete documentations, mismatched information, incorrectly completed epfo claims, Insufficient balance, claims not covered under the EPF Scheme., In case of discrepancy in period of service, If the member has any dues payable to the EPF organisation or any standing arrears against them, then the claim may be rejected until dues are cleared., The claim will be liable for rejection if the employer or issuing authority concerned does not properly attest or verify the claim form, even details regarding employment, etc etc. Again at times there also might be an instance where a particular submission is rejected due to technicalities or system errors during the submission process which is very rarely the case. If we compare the previous times with the current times digital times then you will understand that we have taken a great leap and moved far ahead and moving in the right direction :-)
